828 Venue Management Company is excited to announce the latest addition to its venue portfolio: PINE.
Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, PINE is 828’s eighth venue. This revitalized space is part of Third & Urban’s The Pass development in Charlotte’s NoDa district.
In addition to PINE, The Pass will include office spaces, retail outlets, and upscale multifamily units designed around trails and transit. Restaurant concepts including, Borderline Bar & Billiards and Soul Gastrolounge, have been announced. Local artists have also begun creating mural installations to add to the outdoor appeal of The Pass.
PINE is set to open in Spring 2024, and will provide a contemporary event space with crisp white walls and timeless chandeliers. The restored warehouse will have 6,300 square feet of indoor event space, and can accommodate up to 320 seated guests for events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations.
PINE also features a fully-furnished lounge on the mezzanine level, offering a panoramic view of the main event area. Two client suites, a built-in bar and a catering kitchenette are among the other amenities.
828 has been on a mission to improve the wedding and event experience since 2014. It saw that the events industry needed a refresh from dated practices like food and beverage minimums, exclusive vendor lists, and limited rental windows.
