Frequently Asked Questions

We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 320 guests. Our modern tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them. We offer a range of decor items like draping and hedge walls to customize your event . All our bar packages include physical bars and plasticware. We also offer glassware as an optional add-on.

The Pass, where PINE is located, offers ample shared parking, with overflow options at the Sugar Creek light rail stop and public parking on Raleigh Street.

Your vendors will typically handle the set-up and removal of whatever they bring to the venue. And not to worry, clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) is included in your rental fee. For any additional needs, our planning services are a great way to help provide you with that extra hand.

We have a speaker system & wireless mic available to rent. For more robust needs, we are happy to recommend an AV or DJ partner.

With our liquor license, we are able to accept donated products from distributors for 501c3 organizations. Please reach out to our Beverage Manager for more specifics surrounding this and we’ll walk you through the process.
