We can fit 320 guests seated and much more for a standing event.
In the main event space, PINE has 2 restrooms. One is equipped with 2 urinals & a stall, the other with 3 stalls; both bathrooms are ADA compliant. We also have two unisex restrooms on the mezzanine level.
We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 320 guests. Our modern wood tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them. We offer a range of decor items like draping and hedge walls to customize your event. All of our bar packages include physical bars and plasticware. We also offer glassware as an optional add-on.
The Pass, where PINE is located, offers ample shared parking, with overflow options at the Sugar Creek light rail stop and public parking on Raleigh Street.
There is a prep kitchenette available that has stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. If for some reason you need a large amount of ice (for example, you are having a raw bar during cocktail hour), please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required (and we all know snow ice looks better on a raw bar anyway!)
