What is the maximum capacity?

We can fit 320 guests seated and much more for a standing event.

How many restrooms are there?

PINE is equipped with 6 stalls (3 in the women’s, and 1 stall + 2 urinals in the men’s); both bathrooms are ADA compliant.

Do you provide tables, linens, chairs, bars or glassware?

We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 320 guests. Our farmhouse tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them. We offer a range of decor items like draping and hedge walls to customize your event. All our bar packages include physical bars and plasticware. We also offer glassware as an optional add-on.

Is there parking available?

The Pass, where PINE is located, offers ample shared parking, with overflow options at the Sugar Creek light rail stop and public parking on Raleigh Street.

Is there a kitchen available for catering?

We do have a prep kitchenette available that has stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. All cooking is to be done outside. If you need a large amount of ice, please notify us in advance.
