We can fit 320 guests seated and much more for a standing event.
On the main level, PINE features 2 restrooms. One is equipped with 2 urinals & a stall, the other with 3 stalls; both bathrooms are ADA compliant. We also have two unisex restrooms on the mezzanine level.
We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 320 guests. Our modern tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them.
The Pass, where PINE is located, offers ample shared parking, with overflow options at the Sugar Creek light rail stop and public parking on Raleigh Street.
We do have a prep kitchenette available that has stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. All cooking is to be done outside. If you need a large amount of ice, please notify us in advance.
