The Basics

Rental Hours & Access Times
– 24‑Hour Option: Book from 10 AM the event day until 10 AM the next morning, giving you ample time to set up, celebrate, and clean up.
– Hourly Rentals: Available on weekdays—setup, teardown, and the event stay within booked hours -
Indoor Space
– PINE offers 6,300 sq ft of indoor, modern industrial space with high ceilings and large windows.
– Included in this space is a fully-furnished lounge area on the mezzanine level. - Guest Capacity
– PINE can seat up to 320 guests, while cocktail-style events can accommodate even more.

Tables & Seating
– Your rental of PINE includes modern wood tables and chairs for up to 320 guests, plus stylish cocktail tables.
– Our tables do not need linens, but you can add runners if you would like to add to your aesthetic. -
Lounge & Mezzanine
– A fully furnished mezzanine lounge offers a relaxing secondary space for guests. -
Client Suites
– Two private clients suites are yours for the day to prepare for your event, use as a green space, or just take a breather from your event.

– A stylish in-house bar is included with your rental of PINE.
– Beverage service is an optional add-on, with customizable packages and clear breakdowns of tax, gratuity, and operation fees. -
Wi‑Fi & AV Equipment

– A projector + screen and other A/V equipment are available as add-ons. -
Lighting & Extras
– PINE offers decorative market lighting as part of your rental.

– On the day-of, our Event Manager oversees operations as alcohol service begins. -

– Vendors handle setup and break-down. PINE will take care of sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the restrooms. -

– Enjoy the freedom to bring your own vendors! -
Event Planning
– 828 Planning, the in-house team at PINE, offers full planning services including coordination, logistics, and vendor management. These services are available as add-ons .
