PINE’s ‘Spring Fling Garden Party’ Grand Opening was an evening to remember!
As Charlotte’s newest event venue, and 828 Venue Management Co’s eighth venue, we were honored to host new and future clients, vendors, family, and friends!
PINE’s grand opening was planned by the 828 Planning team based in Charlotte, in collaboration with some of our wonderful epic vendors. The theme we chose correlated with the Spring season and featured bright, warm pops of color through linens, glassware, and floral.
As guests entered, they were greeted with lively music from Split Second Sound and yummy Spring beverages from PINE Beverage.
A grazing table and passed appetizers were offered by Best Impressions Catering, and delicious desserts by Casey’s Homemade Goods.
While guests mingled and explored the venue, they had the opportunity to mix and match their place setting to get inspired for their event. Epic Vendor Cooke Rentals provided the table setting options and was available to answer questions about their rentals.
While guests sipped and snacked, they had the option to get permanent jewelry from The Nomadic Jeweler and watch a live painting by Acacia Bailey.
Aside from our regular and unique furnishings, PINE was adorned with beautiful florals from Stargazers Designs, amazing signage from Unspoken Designs, and bright lounge furnishings from CLuxe Rentals. There were plenty of photo ops as well!
Pop Charlotte Balloons & Florals set up a bright and colorful backdrop for guests to take photos at with our in-house photo booth. For our wedding clients, a mock ceremony set up was displayed with our in-house chairs, pipe and drape, copper arch, and florals from Unspoken Designs.
The wonderful team at Moving Mountains captured every detail of the PINE Grand Opening! From guests’ reactions to seeing the space for the first time since construction, views from the mezzanine, meeting the venue team, meeting our epic vendors, and even showing their loved ones the amazing space where they will hold their event!
The PINE team absolutely LOVED hosting our new and current clients, vendor friends, local community members, and more!
