What is the maximum capacity?

We can accommodate 320 guests seated and much more for a standing event.

Who is responsible for event set-up and clean-up?

You and your vendors will handle set-up and remove what they brought into the venue. We include clean-up (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms) in your rental. All personal or event items must be removed by the end of your rental.

Do you provide tables, linens, chairs, bars or glassware?

We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 320 guests. Our modern wood tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them. We offer a range of decor items like draping and hedge walls to customize your event. All our bar packages include physical bars and plasticware. We also offer glassware as an optional add-on.

Is there parking available?

The Pass, where PINE is located, offers ample shared parking, with overflow options at the Sugar Creek light rail stop and public parking on Raleigh Street.

Is there a kitchen available for catering?

We have a prep kitchenette available equipped with stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. Should you need a large amount of ice, please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required.
